Dear Friends and Colleagues,

We look forward to meeting you at the 2023 European Phagocyte Workshop to be held between March 29 - April 1, 2023 in Budapest, Hungary.

This will be a standalone meeting dedicated entirely to phagocyte biology, the first such meeting since we decided to leave our previous partner (ESCI) in 2019.

We have invited a number of outstanding speakers at different stages of their career. The keynote lecture will be given by Paul Kubes from Canada.

We will have a lot of opportunities for junior scientists for oral presentation. We will also be giving out a large number of travel grants to junior scientists presenting their work, thanks to the generous support from the European Federation of Immunological Societies (EFIS).

• Travel grant application: Jan 17, 2023
• Early registration: Jan 31, 2023

The conference will be held on Margaret Island, a large park in the middle of Budapest. There's a 5.2-km jogging path around the island, so remember to bring your jogging shoes. We will also have a conference dinner on a boat trip on the Danube with spectacular views of the city.
